    ⚠️ Important: Cancellation vs Returns

    Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that window, or once delivered, please follow the return process below.

    Return Policy

    • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
    • Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

    How to Return

    1. Contact us at sales@tsoka.shop with your order number.
    2. We'll provide return instructions and a reference number.
    3. Ship the item back to our Cape Town address.
    4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

    Exchanges

    Want a different size or color? Contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
