Order Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
• After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
• Orders that have been delivered cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• If you need to return a delivered item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Delivery Information

We offer the following delivery options:

• Courier Guy — R250, door-to-door delivery (3–5 business days).
• Collection — FREE, collect from our Cape Town store.
